The AGM Event Banner has grown dramatically over the 7 years since its inception.
Not all the logos that appear on this Banner have been approved; some Branches are no longer in existence and several Branches have redesigned their Logos to depict their locale and at the same time included the correct wording ie Branch instead of Group, rendering some of the existing Logos obsolete.
The National Committee consider that the time is right to introduce a new Banner as an adjunct to the original Banner. National Purchasing Officer Pete Williams has sourced a material that will be suitable to have the Branch Logos sublimated directly into the Banner.
We ask Branches to consider submitting their National Committee Approved Branch Logo in a jpeg file, for inclusion on this Banner by e-mailing it to secretary@ulysses.org.au.
30cm x 30cm is the proposed size of reproduction of all Branch Logos for the supplementary Banner.
To view the full letter relating to this topic which was sent to all Branches this month, please refer to Club Documents.

The Branch Contact Details Form which needs to be completed at the changeover of office bearers following a Branch AGM has been upgraded with a couple of additional sections inserted.
Along with the Branch Committee Contact Details; Quartermaster; Welfare Officer and Rides Captains details we ask Branch committees to assist Admin to compile as much information as possible by completing the form and supplying:-
1) Details pertaining to the Branch (social) meeting day / location / time.
2) Branch regular rides departure points (where relevant).
This would be two fold:-
1) For accurate and current record keeping.
2) To pass information on to prospective new members in respective Branch locales.
Some of this collated information is to be made available on the Branch locator link on the website.
Branch Committees can access the updated forms for downloading by clicking on Club Info; then under documents.

The National Committee of the Ulysses Club Inc held a meeting at Salamander Bay NSW on Saturday 16th May, at the invitation of the Port Stephens Branch.
A full agenda comprising varied topics were discussed; the minutes of this meeting will be available in due course.
It was encouraging to see over 360 Members of 30 plus Branches gathered at the Soldiers Point Bowling Club on Saturday evening to join in with celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Port Stephens Branch annual Meet and Greet. The atmosphere was charged with laughter and fun, evidence of everyone having a great time.
Congratulations and thank you to the members of the Port Stephens Branch for a well organized fun filled weekend of events and to the visiting Branch members for your hospitality also.
