ULYSSES INTERNATIONAL
Ulysses International was formed in conjunction with Ulysses Clubs being established in New Zealand 1988 and in South Africa 1997. These clubs now have numerous branches throughout their respective countries.
Ulysses International continues to expand globally with members coming from many parts of the world. Presently we have members in Germany; Norway; Canada; Switzerland; Austria, United Kingdom; Italy; Papua New Guinea; Shanghai; Singapore; Fiji, China and Thailand. There are quite a few members in the United States now and although there is a lot of interest in Ulysses, as yet there is no move to form a Club. As well as New Zealand and South Africa, we also have Ulysses Clubs in Canada, Norway, United Kingdom, Germany and Vietnam. International members utilize the e-mail system to communicate with each other and some occasionally make contact by travelling to and experiencing organized rides and rallies.
They have been most hospitable to their Australian connections when holidaying overseas. Many Ulyssians from Australia have migrated overseas and continue to hold their Australian Ulysses status, thereby maintaining continuous membership and the benefits that go with it. They have also joined up as International members, enabling them to integrate into the international motorcycling scene.
International members when travelling to Australia are keen to renew friendships and establish new ones. Ulyssians are well known for their friendly easy going nature, willingness to share experiences and generally enjoy the comradeship shared with like minded members, all exploring that common interest of motorcycle riding.
If you think you would enjoy being a part of a social club for motorcyclists, are over the age of 40 and hold a current motorcycle licence then this may well be the club for you.
It is relatively easy to join the Ulysses Club through this website by clicking onto the member link; click onto become a member; select resident outside of Aust; download the registration form; fill in your details, include payment details; your e-mail address; scan in or fax (… 61….02 4647 7740) your drivers licence and submit.
The ladies, (Naomi or Caroline) at the Ulysses Club Inc National Administration office will respond to your membership enquiry within a day or two. Initially you will receive your membership card; our club magazine called the Riding On and a Ulysses sticker. Every three months you will receive a copy of the Riding On, which is a great quality magazine.
