The Extended NATCOM Meeting |
The Extended NATCOM Meeting for invited representatives will take place at 12 pm on Friday 20th March 2009.
It will be held in the Glenleigh Room inside Panthers World of Entertainment.

The Grand Parade
| The Grand Parade will take place on Saturday 21st March 2009.
It will commence at 8 am in Jamison Park and finish at Penrith Paceway.
The parade will be the highlight of the Penrith City Festival and will travel down the main street of Penrith CBD.

The Opening Ceremony |
The Opening Ceremony will commence at 10.30 am on Saturday 21st March 2009 and
will include the presentation of the 2008 Motorcycle Apprentice of the Year Award and the UCARF awards.
This will take place at Penrith Paceway at the completion of the
Grand Parade where food, drink and entertainment will be available.

The AGM |
The AGM will take place at 1pm on Saturday 21st March 2009.
Entry will be allowed from 12 pm and not before. Doors will close at 1 pm with no further entry allowed.
It will be held in the Evan Theatre inside Panthers World of Entertainment.
All financial members are welcome to attend.

The Church Service and Weddings |
The Church Service and any Weddings will commence at 9 am on Sunday 22nd March 2009.
These will take place on the Lake Marquee inside the AGM Event Site

The Closing Ceremony
| The Closing Ceremony will commence at 11 am on Sunday 22nd March 2009
after the church service and any weddings.
This will take place on the Lake Marquee inside the AGM Event Site.
Trophies will be presented for
Longest distance rider (most direct route to the AGM)
Oldest rider (exceeding 200 klms to the AGM)
Oldest bike and rider combination (exceeding 200 klms to the AGM)
Longest distance Pillion (most direct route to the AGM)
Longest distance 250cc and under (exceeding 200 klms and most direct route to the AGM)
