If you are a first time user or new member, please use the “Website Registration” on the front page of the website to create your username and password. Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters. For the website registration process, you will need your Ulysses Club membership number. Once you have completed that process (it’s easy and only takes about 3 steps) you will receive a system generated email confirming your username and password (sometimes this email will end up in your Junk folder). Please allow 24 hours for the website and database to synchronise and validate your website registration – once this has happened you will be able to login.

It’s important to keep your email address on the website current – so if you change it, please login and update your email address – you’ll find that under “Update profile” on the left hand side of the Members Home Page.
Existing members

Password tricks – our new website requires a minimum of 8 characters for the password. If you haven’t logged into the new site yet but you were a user on the old website your old password will now be 8 characters because zeros have been added to take it the required minimum. For example, on the old site a members password was honda – on the new site it will be honda000. Please try accessing the new site using your existing username but add zeros to your password if necessary. Still having problems? Try the Retrieve Password button (see the tips below), and if that doesn’t work, send an email to webmaster@ulysses.org.au

If you forget your password, you can access it via the “Retrieve Password” button on the front page, and putting in your username. An email will be sent to you with your password, and will come from dnn@loadedtech.com.au Please note that this will only work if your email address on your profile on the website has been kept current.
